The Food and Green Spaces Group (snappier name to follow!) met on Thursday 25th Feb for another very positive discussion. We focussed on the logistics for our upcoming Mapping Day, Sunday 21 March, meeting outside Gallifords/Bells Diner at 11 to start. All are welcome, particularly families, and we will have a variety of free goodies [...]
Energy
Miguel’s talk kicked off a lot of excellent thinking and discussion about energy within a group of about 35 people which included locals wanting to start an energy group for Montpelier, representatives from a range of Transition initiatives from around Bristol, and people wanting to improve their homes and / or learn about the feed [...]
We had another well attended and interesting meeting. Over 55 people attended, donating £17.26 towards expenses. Thanks to all who participated, helped clear up, have written up summaries, baked cakes and buscuits, agreed to take on treasurer and bookkeeping roles for Transition Montpelier and all other actions, and Kassin and his team for the use [...]
