Not quite sure what the plan is here. I maintain it on a weekly basis on behalf of Bristol City Council via the cycling and walking budget. We would have cut the grass this morning but couldn’t really do that any more so we decided to leave it alone. It looked lovely as a verge, now it looks plain odd, my personal observation. Has anyone considered that these soil containers are likely to be vandalised? Who will clean up the mess?
